- URL Shortener: you are responsible for destination safety and legal campaign routing
- Bio Pages: listed content, external links, and media must comply with law and intellectual property rights
- QR Code Services: generated QR destinations must not be deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized
- Analytics and retargeting tools must be used only when you have lawful basis and required consent
Country, Jurisdiction, and Regulatory Terms
Use of the services must follow local laws in your operating country, including privacy, advertising, telecom, and e-commerce requirements.
- India-based operations are governed under applicable Indian contract and technology laws
